DhobiMate logos, graphics, service name registered trademarks, trade dress of DhobiMate. DhobiMate’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DhobiMate.
We do not warrant that the Mobile Application will always be accessible uninterrupted, timely, secure, error free or free from computer virus or other invasive or damaging code or that the Mobile Application will not be affected by any acts of God or other force majeure events, including inability to obtain or shortage of necessary materials, equipment facilities, power or telecommunications equipment or facilities and failure of information technology or telecommunications equipment or facilities.
- Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending them to the laundry as the proprietor will not be responsible for any valuable loss, possible damage during caring will be corrected and cleaned.
- The proprietor will not be responsible for any article not called for within two months from receipt of the same.
- No responsibility is accepted from shrinkage, fading spreading of colour for damage to any article during treatment which are due to defective manufacturer, adulteration and deterioration or to wear and exposure.
- Artificial silk, art jari, chiffon's, organza etc are received at customer's risk. Garments with article appendages like mirror, fashionable beads, buttons, colour threads etc, which are prone to damage are received solely at customer's risk and no reimbursement shall be claimed for their damage or for spreading of colour
- Extra charges collected for stain removing. The cost would depend on the size and nature of the stain.
- For articles lost, half price will be given after 10 week which shall not exceed 30 times of the laundry charges.
- All the complaints must be recorded before taking delivery.
- Delivery of clothes against bill only.

DhobiMate built the DhobiMate app as a Commercial app. This service is provided by EliteGlobal Ventures Private Limited and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. 1.Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their laundry service order by contacting our customer support team at +91 8095944872 before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made after the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2.Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests will be considered for orders cancelled within the specified time frame.
- Refunds may be processed for orders with valid reasons such as service-related issues or dissatisfaction.
3.Refund Process:
- To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within 5 days of the cancelled order.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
4.Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Refunds will not be issued for orders that have already undergone the laundry process.
- No refunds will be provided for orders cancelled after the specified time frame.

3.Delivery Charges
- Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery with Dhobimate. Delivery charges may apply, and they will be clearly communicated during the order placement.
4.Tracking Orders
- Track the status of your laundry with our user-friendly online platform. You will receive notifications regarding the pickup, processing, and delivery stages of your order.
5.Special Instructions
- Provide any specific instructions or preferences regarding the delivery of your garments during the order placement. Our team will do its best to accommodate your requests.
